DT Flexible is a brand of Demirtürk Kauçuk which has 46 years history in Rubber Industry.
We set out with the aim of creating a sustainable and smart products for life, and we developed DT Flexible couplings.
DT Flexible products are sustainable since rubber has a significantly long product life. Instead of renewing your wastewater/rainwater systems you can repair your pipes with DT Flexible cost-effective couplings while reducing your carbon footprint. The couplings are reusable as well.
We value quality management for keeping it simple and perfect, and we take care of each production process with caution.
Our History
- 1975 Demirtürk Kaucuk Rubber founded in Bursa city of Turkey in 1975.
- 1987 The company was restructured in 1987 and continued its production as Demirtürk Kauçuk Plastik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
- 1996 Demirtürk sailed to world trade by exporting to USA and Canada.
- 2003 ISO 9001 Quality Management System certificate obtained.
- 2017 First DT Flexible product was produced by Demirtürk and meanwhile an ERP (enterprise resource planning) system was started to be used.
- 2019 The production was strengthened by installing a micro-dosing system on the dough production line.
- 2022 ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety, and EN 681-1 Elastomeric Seals certifications obtained.
